There’s a lot of Trump crapaphernalia for sale at the Sturgis Rally this week.
But be sure to check for the union label… the Sino-Communist-monopoly, 280-million-strong All-China Federation of Trade Unions label… and feel free to send me pictures showing the ratio of Chinese-made products to American-made.
TheTrumpShop.com is actually a national outfit that franchises out Trump-merch to affiliates like, I assume, the booth at Sturgis. The overseeing merchant’s Affiliate Terms of Service claim that the company “may cancel your application if we determine that your site is unsuitable for our Program….” Criteria of unsuitability include “promotes sexually explicit materials”… even though one of the company’s shirts in the display above (grey, top line, second from right) clearly depicts testicles and labels them “Trump Balls.” TheTrumpShop.com also claims to want no association with vendors who hawk “otherwise in any way… defamatory, obscene, harassing” material, yet they carry the crass shirt I’ve seen floating around since 2016, the black shirt (bottom line, center) showing Trump smirking on a motorcycle with the message on his back, “IF YOU CAN READ THIS, THE B[****] FELL OFF,” and a depiction of Hillary Clinton falling from the back of the motorbike.
The Trump Shop’s standards are like the statements Trump himself makes about fiscal conservatism and abstinence: utter hypocrisy.
The Sturgis rally is a time for fat old white guys from all over the country to come together and bond over their shared adoration for Donald Trump. Sales will be brisk because wearing Trump clothing will be a conversation starter and sure to generate high-fives and amens.
Provacativeness is the name of the game in Sturgis and always was even before Donald Trump. He has just freshened it up and created opportunities for more sales of Chinese shirts.
New shirts say wingnuts would rather be Russian than Democrats. Patriotism at its Russian finest.
How about a shirt that has Putin riding a motorcycle, same message on his back: “IF YOU CAN READ THIS THE B**** FELL OFF”, but its Trump falling off the back?

A biker friend did proudly show me his trump balls t- shirt, so I explained my dislike for commander heel spurs and he put it away, but not before I noticed the “made in wherever” tag was missing. He admitted removing the tag.

I don’t own a bike. I have owned several. Never a harley just because I think they are over priced for what they are. I gave up riding bikes after enough accidents to teach me I didn’t pay enough attention to stay alive so I bought a CJ. In all of this I don’t trash others for owning a harley or a convertible or a mazda or some other thing that gives someone a sense of pleasure but to see the hate filled comments of Debbo makes me worry about the future of people like her’s place in a civil society. The rate of sexual assaults and referrals to the domestic violence shelters skyrockets during the rally, as does sexual trafficking of minors. I find that “revoltingly shameful.” Do you approve of those things?
Nobody said they were upset at you all using the phrase fat old white guys. I was just making sure jerry understood that he linked to an article where uppity women are telling people what to do, not men. There are crappy people among both genders. There are crappy people of all skin tones. The rate of sexual assaults and violence also skyrocket during religious gatherings. And sporting events. And concerts. And political rallies. And the tour de france. Humans are terrible in groups – not just bikers at sturgis. You bunch of finger-pointers.
