Kristi Noem stayed off her horse at the buffalo round-up last week, but she has another reason to fly her bad back to Arizona this week. After campaigning for election denier Kari Lake on Tuesday in Scottsdale, Noem will marry off her younger daughter Kennedy (you know, the one who enjoyed Mom’s nepotism without triggering an ethics complaint before the Government Accountability Board) on Friday in Sedona, Arizona. Rooms at the wedding venue, L’Auberge de Sedona, can run over $1,400 a night; a “Vista Cottage” this Friday night costs $1,749.
The Noem Administration has declared that her kids’ weddings are state business, so we should expect to see her family and friends popping up on the state plane’s flight log this week. Daughter Kennedy’s wedding to her fellow USF alum and insurer Tanner Frick (his company, ironically, is called Transparent Financial) is clearly state business: Governor Noem used her December 2021 budget address to pressure Frick to hurry up and join the family. But campaign spokesman Ian Fury insists the state plane is not involved with this wedding.

Hi, Sheila Larson: It IS difficult to tell the difference between Kristi’s coddled girl childs. Kennedy worked for Mommy as Director of Finance and Policy Analyst for almost $58,000 annually. Kassidy worked for Mommy as a failed “Free Estate Agent and Real Estate Owner” according to webofbio.com/Kassidy-Noem/
It really doesn’t matter if Kristi uses state owned aircraft for personal use at this point, because South Dakota Reptilian voters and the Government Accoutability Board are too stupid to breathe and said “feh” and “meh” the last time Her Majesty robbed the State.
I noticed the venue lodging (L’auberge Sedona) rates were “kinda spendy” as my fellow impoverished friends say, but I’m sure Kristi Lynn has plenty of wealthy “sponsors” to pay for lodging. What? You think she’s gonna write a check? She’s a publicity and money whore.
$1400 to $1749 a night, free airfare for family and friends–at taxpayer expense, of course–she’s a jet-setter, alright.
Speaking of prosperity, Transparent Financial’s core values include:
“ABUNDANT MINDSET | destroy scarcity mentality with wholehearted abundance.” Which comes first, abundance or abundant mindset? Or scarcity? Inquiring minds want to know.

Clearly, God has truly blessed Kristi Noem with abundance for her abundant mindset which destroyed her scarcity mentality and if we vote for her he’ll be certain to bless us, too.

Thanks for the reminder, Kurt. Perhaps I keep mixing them up because Kennedy seems to be the more ambitious and capable of the two daughters. Kennedy works for the campaign, got the plum inner circle job, and went to grad school for her MBA, while Kassidy can barely pass the appraiser test.
Bonnie’s right: when both daughters get nepotisitic favors, it is hard to distinguish them. I’m just waiting for son Booker to get his job in state government.
