Last week, Madison’s Domestic Violence Network featured Attorney General Marty Jackley as a speaker at a men’s luncheon/fundraiser for a new domestic violence shelter. To avoid any appearance of partisan inklings, the Domestic Violence Network is featuring Jackley’s gubernatorial primary opponent, Congresswoman Kristi Noem, at a Women’s Tea Party to raise more money for that shelter:
- What: Women’s Tea Party
- Where: St. Thomas Center, west side of Lake Herman.
- When: Friday, May 3, 3:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m.
The Domestic Violence Network is looking to find approximately 80 local women to join us for a women’s tea party on May 4, 2018 featuring guest speaker Kristi Noem. This is not a political event. Kristi Noem is supporting the acquisition of the new shelter.

The men could raise beaucoup bucks by getting an HRC pinata for the event and raffling off chances to whack it. For a good cause, of course. (TIC)
