    Great cartoon! What’s funny is the GQPers gladly take all the Fed Funding they can and pretend THEY did created it when they ALL voted against it! A yuuuuuge train wreck is coming and it won’t be AMTRACK…..

    The legislature has to ” appropriate ” the federal relief money, approve amounts for each project or priority, create any new program or priority of the legislature’s liking, approve amountsand designate departments, and set in motion the creation of program rules. Quite a task for this low energy, blurred vision bunch. At least the Governor deserves credit for identifying her priority programs for funding….she appears to have just pulled numbers out of a hat. In the limited time and with various impeachments and investigations on the docket, does the legislature have time to be creative with the programs and funding. My guess is no. This bunch is not only time limited but brain dead.

    I do not understand how some people can put on an act of “Conservativism”, scream, yell, judge that others are: “lazy communists”……………..then, take the socialist money and act like saints?!? Oh well, make Satan proud! As Hyde from That 70’s Show once told Fez in the circle: “Get Satan a Cherry Cola!!!” LOL…Hey South Dakotans: just ADMIT you like and ACCEPT the Federal Funds and STOP PLAYING this judgemental two-faced summersalt game. That way, you won’t have to twist your mind into a pretzel.

    Kristi Noem should be on her knees and kissing Joe Biden’s ass for bailing her dumb ass out with all that federal largesse! Name three things of significance that The Snow Queen has done to help her constituents.

    1. Offered cash for raccoon tails.

    Can’t think of the other two. Of course, the scribes at the Sioux Falls PRAVDA Leader are standing ready to turn Noem’s blunders into gold to help her re-election. It’s all good. The Snow Queen continues to meet my expectations of her.
