Governor Hires Minnesota Speaker to Teach Farmers How to Grow Trust

The Governor’s Agricultural Summit takes place tomorrow and Friday at The District in Sioux Falls. The keynote speaker on Friday, David Horsager from Minnesota, appears to have no active connection with farming whatsoever. Instead, Horsager is a “keynote leadership speaker” who helps organizations build trust:

David Horsager, MA, CSP, CPAE is CEO of Trust Edge Leadership Institute and a global authority on helping leaders and organizations become the most trusted in their industry.

He is inventor of The Enterprise Trust Index™, director of the annual study—The Trust Outlook™, and national bestselling author of The Trust Edge.

With clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to professional sports teams and global governments, David has taken the platform across the United States and on 6 continents [David Horsager, biography, retrieved from DavidHorsager.com 2021.07.07].

Horsager preaches “8 Pillars of Trust“: Clarity, Compassion, Character, Competency, Commitment, Connection, Contribution, and Consistency. Wow—maybe Horsager could do some good for us if he gets a moment with his patron, Governor Noem, who will open Friday morning’s session at 9 a.m. and introduce Horsager’s 9:15 keynote.

Horsager Leadership Inc. received two checks from the South Dakota Bureau of Human Resources on June 23, one for $4,500 worth of “Educ & Instruc Supplies” and another for $900 for “Truck-Drayage & Freight.”

Somehow I don’t think Horsager and all those letters after his name will help increase yields from our dry fields. But farmers do appreciate a good manure spreader.

How to grow trust in SD: 1.) Plant a lie. 2.) Fertilize with lots of B.S. until it grows to a Big Lie! 3.) Reap division, dissension, and ill will. 4.) Save seeds for replanting. !@#$%^&*!

So Trump does have a conscience in there somewhere that he must keep tamped down w/praisers like dolt Noem.

“”The man can’t be alone,” Wolff told the publication. “The Oval Office in the Trump years was at any time filled with enormous numbers of people.”

Staffers, said Wolff, nicknamed it “the Star Wars bar” because of the odd characters hanging out there.” INSIDER
