Dakota Rural Action’s Rural Vitality Committee will hold their 3rd annual Forum in Watertown on Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs). Designed to assist county officials who are coping with the rise in permit applications in some parts of the state, the CAFO Forum will feature sessions on legal, infrastructure, and environmental issues related to the permitting process.
The workshop will take place on Friday, December 6th from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm at the Codington County Extension Building.
