Amidst Crisis, Noem and Guards Take Pop Break at What-a-Burger

South Dakota, this is your Governor and your National Guard hard at work… at What-a-Burger… in Texas.

The border “crisis” must not be that bad if you have time hang out at What-a-Burger.

But hey, drink your pop and carry on, soldiers.

    You’re doing a 100 % perfect job Krusty.
I don’t see any Mexicans at the What a Burger summer camp.
Boys, it’s safe to eat. Mom says.
    At ease….
Call me when you are a humanitarian.
I wonder if they prayed before they ate.

Is it any wonder she can claim these people all volunteered for border duty. Life is pretty good to be on vacation and getting paid for it. Probably 9-5 office hours and room service at the Hilton.

I see in the background that the employees at What-a-Burger are masked, while the Guard and Noem are not. That shows who cares life and freedom had who is just an attention-seeking whord posing with a goddamn soda. Thanks to the under-compensated workers at What-a-Burger for putting up with the Guard and the antics of South Dakota’s part-time Governor, but they should have kicked them out. I hope they don’t die because some buffoons from South Dakota showed up to kill you, while ignoring the so-callled “crisis” at the border.

I think this is great .. but damn our governor is so thin! I hope she had a cheeseburger and fries!

    :)

    Godspeed, Governor Noem.

What is up with Noem? From where does she get advice? Just as people probably should be wearing masks more often, she removes the requirement for masks in SD prisons. Bizzaro world.

iowa’s guvernernless guv declares iowa Delta spike was caused by illegal immigrants because they have no one to stand up and speak for them.

Johnny Rabbit, being too thin is a trend for magat guvs, alongside being clewless and moronic and liars.

From the Whataburger Secret Menu – The Hulk
-About ¼ of the cup – of Powerade, filling the remaining portion with Vault soda. Vault, an energy soda, will get the heart pumping when you down it so quickly (it’s hard to stop once you start) and want more of the Hulk. It’s so addictive that there is an online movement spearheaded on Facebook to make it a part of the official menu.

well…I’ve been to McAllen Texas, in the Rio Grande Valley many times…while it and Harlingen are the most “Anglo” part of the Valley, its still at least 80% Tex-Mex (probably 90% this time of year) with thousands of folks from Mexico crossing the river every day to work in McAllen and surrounding communities…they return to Mexico in the evenings but those folks have lived in the Valley and crossed routinely back and forth over the border for hundreds of years. The border is rather meaningless there as families, the economy, religion, culture, and human relationships are all intertwined without respect for any border. I guess our troops are trying to sort out the local Tex Mex population from the Central American refugees seeking asylum or doing something to reassure the Anglo rednecks that Trumpism is still alive. . I’m sure its not clear what their jib is. Meanwhile, they can enjoy the Giant soda at What-A-Burger. There’s one on every corner.

Well John Dale, you are a lucky man to be living in a red rural state funded by blue states. Right now it’s 70% vs 30%, but I’m sure it will get larger.

  15. John Dale 2021-07-28 18:54

I feel fortunate to live in South Dakota.

John Dale-most free-loaders like you enjoy a free-ride; welcome to SD, a state that has bIg hands-ready to grasp the dollars thrown at us by the ‘blue’ states that tax their rich. Of course, you probably came here for the ‘bennies’ like other ‘trailer trash’ that vote here but that’s it. Cheap license plates, no income-tax, tax-haven to the rich with our trust-department haven, and on and on.

This a total disgrace to every person who wore the South Dakota Army National Guard uniform. The current leadership of the Guard should be protesting the whoring out of our state troops to the highest bidder. Especially the current whore we call Governor. Never has the statement “BRING HOME OUR TROOPS” meant more. The misuse of our troops needs to be investigated and if found to be illegal the perpetrators brought to justice.

Say “CHEESE!!!” M, I also smell more from those photos than just a burger and fries. Kristi, do you want cheese on that burger to go along with the cheesy smile and poses for the camera? LOL
