Funny: pillow- and conspiracy-hawker Mike Lindell getting kicked out of the Republican Governors’ Association meeting in Nashville because he’s not a member of the RGA.
Funnier: according to Politico reporter Daniel Lippman, Lindell got as close to the RGA meeting as he did thanks to Governor Kristi Noem’s inviting him along. (Team Noem denies this claim, but can we trust a woman who hangs out with a proven liar and coup promoter?)
Funniest: Lippman’s sources say Lindell flew Noem to Nashville on his private jet, then stranded her there when he jetted off after the RGA’s rejection:
South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem flew on MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell’s private jet on her way to the Republican Governors Association spring meeting in Nashville, Tennessee, this week, according to two people familiar with the matter.
…Lindell told POLITICO earlier this week that after having arrived in Nashville on Monday and having planned to spend most of the week in the city, he instead left Nashville on Tuesday night by private jet. That left Noem looking for a new ride home, according to one of the people familiar with the matter [Daniel Lippman, “MyPillow CEO Flew Kristi Noem to GOP Governors Conference on His Private Jet,” Politico, 2021.05.28].
Well, jeepers! If Kristi Noem can get rich corporate donors to provide all of her out-of-state air travel, maybe we don’t need to buy a new state plane at all! We rely on plutocrats’ charity to fund our scholarships and vo-techs and other vital projects; if Kristi can keep batting her eyelashes to schlep rides from millionaires on their cushy jets, let her! and let’s save $5 million of our money for more down-to-earth projects here in South Dakota.
One thing for sure. That’s history that she won’t want to be taught in school, but, on the other hand, should be be
neither of these paragraphs are true.
Lindell was NOT a guest of Gov. Noem’s at the conference.
The Governor was NOT left “looking for a new ride home.”
Your “sources familiar” don’t appear to be very familiar. Please correct this #FakeNews.
Come on, I’m sure she got some free pillows. He’s filling them with rocks for Kemp.
Well…So Mike Lindell wasn’t invited by the Governor because the Governor had no authority to invite anyone to the meetings. He just gave her a ride to get some face time. OK…and She wasn’t “left looking for a ride home” because there were many Samaritans there willing to provide a lift to South Dakota which is on the way too???? They expect nothing in return. Republicans work in mysterious ways.
It was a deal to make hemp pillows. Shhhhh ……
If untrue it’s no less believable and as funny as hell for all that!
I’m going to need evidence beyond tweets from Ian and Kristi before I dismiss Lippman’s sources. Any time Ian and Kristi tweet #FakeNews, we should tweet back #FakeNoem.
Good one, Porter. I’d like to hear the ribald fairy tale about the wanna be princess complaining about the pee in her pillow to her fairy pillow godfather. Sorta like the other fairy tail with a Princess and a pea.
Why does Ian Fury think any of us believe a word he says?
Ms. Fisher, has it occurred to you that young Mr. Fury probably doesn’t believe a word you say either? But then he probably also doesn’t lose a lot of sleep over it, unlike the out-of-state name-callers that lay awake at night frothing with hate at the poor young man, Mr. Fury.
Mean-Girl Gov Dumped at GOP Prom; Has To Find Own Ride Home
grdz-get off the “hater” label you apply to ANYONE who doesn’t share your Neanderthal right wing out-of-date indoctrination.
Whenever I bother to read your interference, just to get your goat, which is oh so simple…anyway this the second or third direct communication with you over the last few years. Don’t expect more attention for another 6-12 months.
Grow up Troll. You are a tool. Yawn.
Bzzzzz SWAT (our efforts are not for naught—you HAVE evolved toward liberalism, in spits and starts).
