There is a potential that northeast Wyoming, the Black Hills, and western to central South Dakota will see more than 6 inches of accumulation. Some areas could see over a foot of snow. Very gusty northerly winds will create areas of blowing snow Wednesday through late Thursday, possibly reducing visibility to near zero at times. Then to say…. those of us who pray have a long enough history with God such that we can trust his faithfulness. We each have many instances of empirical evidence for answered prayer in our own lives and are convinced when looking at the big picture of history and particularly salvation history that God answers prayer. We aren’t rattled when we cry out for mercy and another round of storms smacks us on the head. But from your vantage point I can appreciate your skepticism.
