Trump’s Iran Doctrine Invites International Intervention to Remove Murderous American Dictatorship

There goes Donald Trump, inciting another insurrection:

“Iranian Patriots, KEEP PROTESTING – TAKE OVER YOUR INSTITUTIONS!!!… HELP IS ON ITS WAY,” Trump said [online], without saying what that help might be.

He said he had canceled all meetings with Iranian officials until the “senseless killing” of protesters stopped and in a later speech told Iranians to “save the name of the killers and the abusers … because they’ll pay a very big price” [Elwely Elwelly and Bo Erickson, “Trump Urges Iranians to Keep Protesting, Take Names, Saying, ‘Help Is on Its Way’,” Reuters, 2026.01.13].

Read carefully: the principle Trump is enunciating (Trumpprincipleenunciating… if only laughter alone could extinguish fascism!) is that foreign governments may properly intervene in a sovereign nation’s affairs to support a popular uprising against a dictatorial regime that murders protestors.

That principle sounds like something America practiced in its better days. But now in our worse days, let us imagine how other world powers might direct that principle at the American dictatorship:

  • Scotland, Ireland, Oman, the U.A.E., Vietnam, and the Maldives could seize Trump properties, liquidate the assets, and donate the proceeds to anti-fascist groups in America.
  • The European Union could impose economic sanctions on the Trump family, Cabinet, and top advisors.
  • More fun, the E.U. could send shiploads of tar and feathers to Baltimore and exhort protestors to use those materials when they drag Trump out of the White House and march him out of Washington.
  • China chould impose 25% tariffs on any country doing business with the United States… and exempt nations who join a boycott of American products exemptions from all other Chinese tariffs.
  • Canada could send Mounties to occupy Minneapolis and support protestors who commandeer ICE vehicles and take over federal buildings.
  • Mexico could round up and detain all armed American agents at its border.
  • The United Nations could send observers to American cities to document war crimes by federal agents. Or the U.N. could skip straight to sending peacekeeping forces to disarm Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Freedom-loving people are under attack by their own government. By Donald Trump’s own words, those people should keep protesting and take over their institutions… and foreign governments should help those insurrectionists.

Canada, Mexico, Europe, China—the Trump Doctrine invites your assistance in removing the evil American regime.
