Pressler has been sizing-up the field running for president in both parties and says Donald Trump should not serve in the White House again.
“I’m speaking way out of line here, but here I go: some things Donald Trump has said would lead us to an authoritarian form of government. And we have to kind of stand up and say, ‘Hey, wait a minute — we want democracy; we want every little person’s views taken into consideration,’” Pressler said [Perry Groten, “Pressler Calls out Congress,” KELO-TV, 2023.11.13].
The worst Pressler can say about President Joe Biden is that, like himself, he’s a stale old fart:

As for Donald Trump being removed from any of the 2020 Ballots, the Supreme Court will NOT allow that to happen, thank god. I try not to get sidetracked by MikeyZ’s delusions, but he’s somewhat correct that the US Constitution did not establish a democracy. It did establish a system of government that allowed just enough freedom that, over the long haul of history allowed people to broaden rights to participate fully in our society. Today we are not stuck with the Constitution of the old slave-owning order that required a certain amount of property to be considered worthy of voting and having the rights of citizenship. Mike thinks it’s bad for all our people to vote, so he wants to crawl back to that era where no one votes but the people who would enslave the rest of us. I think we are all better off for the struggles that made our country much better than it was back in 1790.

While the founding documents do not contain the word “democracy,” they do, however, set up the function of the US government as a democracy. That is how confident I am in my Supreme Court of the United States, that he will be allowed to be on the Ballot. The Supreme Court already has a ruling, setting precedent in 1936. And according to that ruling, state governments cannot prevent the people placing initiatives, resolutions, candidates on a public ballot. That would be a tyrannical government. All these Governors, Secretary of States, Attorney Generals have sworn by oath to Article 6. The only means legally the Democrats could do is prevent Donald Trump from being seated in the Executive Office on January 2025, but we all know that will lead to ___. We are well prepared to fight for Trump this time.

All the winning Candidate needs is 50% of the Electors +1 Elector. And they should be Apportioned 1 District = 1 Vote. And not the winner take all of a State’s Popular Vote. Follow the Constitution precisely. IF, no one is able to get 50% +1 of the Electors, the Congress by means of the Joint Session, is to take the Top 3 Candidates Receiving Votes (electors), they are to seal them in a sealed ballot, and the State Legislators are to nominate and choose Delegates (1 Per State), this process may take 15-20 days, so this extends the Electoral Season from March 2024 to February 2025, when the States get to cast 1 vote each. The current Vice President in that situation would Act as Temporary President until the Right of Choice is Chosen by the States. So Joe Biden (Donald Trump 2020-21) would have to vacate for at least 30-60 days…
So, I am looking to see how this all plays out this Electoral Session between March 2024 and March 2025 – I have a feeling that this corrupted Congress will play shannigans with the Electors, to keep Trump from getting to 50% +1

They turned to College Students, and the possibility of bribing 18-22 year olds to help them push their Agenda in the future.
In order to push their agenda, they would donate $400,000 dollars to create College Grants, giving to 20 College Students money for college, to entice, and promote the changes being desired by these Non-Profit Organizations, with the goal of creating a mindset in America, leading to this Anti-War Mindset.
After Congress established a Select Committee in the 1950’s, mainly to see if these Non-Profit Organizations were pushing Communist beliefs, and ideals, they discovered this plot led by these wealthy persons to completely rewrite and change history.
What they found was through these organizations, they would pay for College Tuition, by handing out “Grants” with the goal to push their agenda, reforming, and changing the mindset of young individuals in America, that would completely rewrite, and change how Americans would perceive history.

Develop the Good Practice in Creating History Textbooks;

The effects of this 20 Member Governing Board, would not be compensated, and paid for by these Non-Profit Corporate Partners, to which now will be paid with federal taxes collected from Americans to support vast change in history opinion.
This Group of Powerful Leaders got America involved in World War I, and would now lead us into the future, by using Public Education, to recreate History, by shaping the minds of young children, thus plugging in our minds that War for Profit is good.
After World War I, the American Government would completely change itself, by ending the War Department, while creating the Defense Department, behind the idea that we need to Defend, Secure, and Proactively Guard America by building this expensive, and aggressive Military Machine.

Despite the Fact, the United Constitution specifically stresses that no “appropriation” of federal tax dollars may be for longer periods of two years, meaning no Act of War or Conflict shall be funded past the typical Two Year Congressional Term – this new agenda pushed by Wealthy Prospectors, Agents, and Speculators, will not lobby Congress to continue to finance, and bankroll the Military Industrial Complex, of building up their American Military Bases around the Globe, Buying Equipment, Vehicles, Panes, Ships, and Other Assets.
Through this United States Military Corporation, which not only includes the Five Branches of the Military, it now includes all of the Federal Contractors and Agencies beneath them, to which are fully vested in the United States Industrial Complex.
Following this build up of the Military, it was not without design, that these same Wealthy Contributors were staunch supporters of American involvement in World War II, and by the large profits created from the war, a new concept was finally born.

The longer answer (because I didn’t get past the first paragraph of Mike’s manifesto) is that greed is fundamentally bad; being treated as above others — much less being treated as above the law is bad; Donald Trump is the embodiment of both those, disconnected from decency and society. For that character flaw alone I would dismiss him as a potential valuable public servant as I would have dismissed any robber baron of the gilded age. Donald Trump might have also ended the foolish rhetoric of the Right that we need to run the US like a business. That may be because as time went on, Trump’s incompetence in business became more clear.
It is difficult and largely inaccurate to compare Trump to any figure in America’s history. The closest I can come is Aaron Burr.

I take high offense to those who seemingly wish to attack me a person based on my christian roots and my strong moral beliefs in being respectful to all people, regardless of what we each, individually believe. I have followed my fathers footsteps in the automotive industry, whereas he started Zitterich Auto Repair in 1979 from the confines of our home on W. 41st Street, to growing the business based on ethics, christian values, respect, honesty, and morals. With every vehicle I ever sold, my own father, very respected in the automotive industry here in Sioux Falls, provided to me a complete vehicle inspection, a full service oil change, and I always promised to pay my own father $100 for that service, plus marketing his own business, by enticing my own customers to use my fathers services, while working with my customers to encourage them to fix up, and maintain the vehicle over the course of the first 12 months – I offered to each of my customers that they would be entitled to 20% Off All future parts and labor and 1 free oil change over those first 12 months, cause I wanted to work with them, in helping them gain equity in their own vehicle, enabling them to profit from a future sale.
For those people on social media who have made rude and obnoxious comments about me or my business on the web, whether on Facebook or some other source, they know who they are, and they know the things they say are not remotely true, let alone are slandersous, and completely misrepresent the facts, and the truth. Many of them say such things and have never even met me in person, let alone done business with me, but resort to social media to make such negative comments knowing they are not close to being true.
I feel sorry for people who resort to such childish behavior, and I feel for those who feel they have to treat others so terribly bad, all cause they have had a bad experience in their own life, let alone troubled times.
Yes, I speak out loudly voicing my political opinion, and yes, that opens me up to criticism, and insults but, No, that does not warrant the such negative and untrue comments said about me, regardless of political opinion or belief.
I may not agree with your stance on Abortion, Same Sex Marriage, or Bi-Racial Marriage, let alone the Trans-Movement, or LGBTQ belief, but I also do not go out of my way to insult them, slander them, let alone attack them. Donald Trump Campaigned in 2016 on Promising the Following:
1) Tax Reform – Trumped delivered on this promise within the first 18 months cutting tax rates, by encouraging Citizens to invest in themselves, their businesses, their corporations, all of which has led to Massive Job Creation. (Biden has NOT reversed this);
2) Border Security, Control, and the Wall – Trump delivered on this promise of building the wall, and forcing Mexico to pay for the wall. It not only restricted immigration into the country, but held government accountable to enforcing the laws to properly vet, and provide for legal immigtration. How did Mexco pay for the Wall – through Indirect Taxation of American Individuals and Businesses who transacted with Mexican Individuals, Businesses, Corportions doing business inside Mexican Borders – Tariffs, Transaction Fees, Other Excises. It also led to the newly adopted United States, Mexico, Canada Fair Trade Act aka USMCA
3) Global Peace Around the World – Trump delivered to the States this promise, by first reaching out and speaking directly with North Korea Russia, Iran, and Israel, brokering the infamous Abraham Accords, which effectively fostered better dialogue between all these countries. In the four years of the Trump Administration, 2017-2021 – there were NO new wars started, U.S Bases were Closing, and Afganistan was in a decline, and preparing to bring troops home over a steady 6 year withdrawel strategy
4) Transforming Power from D.C back to the State Republics – Trump delivered on this promise, a huge one, by deregulating many federal regulations, while allowing the State Governors and Legislatures more effective powers to govern themselves, thus limiting the Federal Govt within those 50 Sovereign State Republics, this allowed people to be more freer, to move around, transact business, and prosper.
5) Making Jerusalem the Capital of Israel – Trump also delivered on this promise, by moving the capitol of Israel from Tel-Aviv to Jerusalem, which of course was also part of the Abraham Accords agreements, of which allows the Jews and Muslims and Christians to finally have some peace, while allowing for a transfer of power within Israel from European Money Men, to the Citizens of Israel themselves.
6) Election Audits, Reviews, and Regulating Election Interference – Trump delivered on this promise nearly immediately through Executive Action, by signing into law Executive Orders, which instructed the Department of the Treasury, State, Defense, and Interior to audit the 2018 and 2020 federal elections, inspect other aspects of ballots, and by beginning the process of seeking out, and auditing all Americans who invest in Chinese Business in China of whom transfer profits to the Chinese Communist Party and their MIlitary, let alone Trump used Executive remedies to begin auditing, and investigating Election Interference in China and Russia where they intefer here in America.
7) Trump’s Promise to Remove the Deep State – this was to be a huge goal for the 2nd Term of President Trump, winning re-election would have increased his popularity in relation to transferring further power back to the states by removing Deep State Actors by means of shutting down and getting rid of government wasteful spending, while limiting, or getting rid of all 17 Federal Agengies – CIA, FBI, DIA, NSA, SS, MED, Medicaid, and a wide host of Departments such as Education, Energy, Commerce, and Others

Article 1 Taxation:
Excise Taxes – are taxes contracted by American Businesses of who go into business across “State Lines’ of whom are contracted or licensed by the Federal Government to provide commercial activity utilizing our Natural Resources, Minerals, Energy Consumption, Tobacco, Alcohol, Telecommunications. These Taxes are paid by these Multi-National Corporations, and other Americans in the business across state lines. I.E – a Gas Station purchases 1,000 Gallons of Gas, pays an Federal Excise Tax of 8%, and then resells the gas to the consumer. (consumers indirectly pays these taxes through the cost of business, as they buy 25 gallons of gas from the gas stations. EXCISE TAXES provide to the Federal Government “REVENUES” that are then used to pay for Federal Highways, Infrastructure (utilities, telecommunications, etc), and other Properties that exceed “State Borders”
Another Example – Social Security and Medicare Excise Taxes are paid by Americans as the tax is ‘assessed’ to the persons “Net Income” paying a 15.3% Excise Tax.
Duties – are paid by Americans of whom utilize and purchase federal services such as the Federal Postal Service (Stamps, Delivery Fees, etc), National Park Service (entrance fees), other services provided by the Federal Government to which provides the government revenues to pay for, and provide the service itself.
Imposition Fees – are paid mostly by American Businesses (American Citizens) as they do business across State Borders, National Borders. Examples of these types of taxes are: Business License, Permits, Land Patents, Copy Right Patents, Transaction Fees, Tariffs, Federal Income Tax, etc.
***Yes, Mexico did pay for America to Build the Wall, cause ALL AMERICANS who transact with Mexican Businesses end up paying a “TARIFF” levied against the profits stemming from the activity of the transacation itself. So if a Mexican Business wants to sell its services or products to an American, the Mexican Business has to ‘assess’ an imposition fee to the transaction, which is paid for by the Business itself.
**Another Example of how Mexico pays for the Wall, is by “Transaction Fees’ as Mexicans living in United States wire “Money” back and forth across the border, thus they owe a Transaction Fee on the amount being transferred, and the money goes to national defense, security, of enforcing the border.

A American residing and only working inside the borders of their “State” but does NOT sign nor place his or her name on a W-4 or W-9 is NOT mandated to file a 1040, nor pay a Federal Income Tax. It would be 100% Voluntary based on their voluntary consent of doing such.
How do Private Americans become forced to file a 1040, hence being charged a Federal Income Tax? By Borrowing Money from a Federal Reserve Bank, borrowing federal reserve notes, hence being forced to submit a 1040 on the previous years gross income, assessing themselves, expensing off all qualified expenses, to determine their Net Income, to which then they sign their name on the contract, to which the Federal Income Tax is then assessed @ 35, 25, 20, 15, 12% depending on the amount of profit recorded.
Another way that a Private American Citizen is forced to pay a Federal Income Tax is if they so choose to apply for, or submit themselves to the Federal Government in order to qualify for a Federal Tax Subsidy, Credit, Allowance, Child Credit – in order to qualify for the benefit, they must submit a 1040 Informational Return, thus assessing their previous years Gross Income, expensing off their Qualified Expenses, to determine their Net Income, to which again, once signing the document, are assessed a Federal Income Tax @ 35, 25, 20, 15, 12%
Notice if the Private American is able to expense off enough INCOME, that they do NOT owe the tax, they legally Avoided the Tax!
Even if you work for an EMPLOYER – and sign a W-4, while the Employer is contracted to assess, and remit Social Security Taxes, Medicare Taxes, Unemployment Taxes, Workman Compensation Fees on your “Gross Wage” – you as the employee can legally CLAIM 9 Exemptions, or simply EXEMPT YOURSELF telling the Employer to NOT withhold any such Federal Income Tax upfront, cause you A) do not owe the tax, or B) are taking responsibility yourself to pay the tax later upon filing your own 1040.
Even as an EMPLOYEE – you can commercialize your name inside SOUTH DAKOTA by creating YOUR NAME dba Your Name, apply for a Federal Employer Identification Number, to which you can now open a Commercial Bank Account, thus transferring 100% of your Gross Wage into this holding account, while placing your Vehicle, Phone, Internet, Clothing Expenses, 10% of Your Housing Expenses, Tools, Supplies, etc any EXPENSES that go into providing your labor, to be paid by that Commercial Identity. You ‘act commercially in that aspect.
So, by claiming EXEMPT on your W-4, allows you to INVEST your GROSS INCOME into your own “Commercial Identity” allowing you to expense off those Commercial Expenses first, while paying a Federal Income Tax only on the amount of income withdrawn from, and deposited into a Personal Bank Account used for 90% of your Housing Expenses, Food, and Entertainment cost of living.
ALL EXCESSIVE PROFITS left over should be reinvested back into your LABOR aka by buying a new computer, phone, or a vehicle, equipment, desk, file cabinet etc, let alone transfered over to a TRUST aka Land, Real Property, Retirement, Healthcare, Education, etc to be used in the future as a long term capital investment, where you would be benefited to pay a Long Term Capital Gain Tax of 15 or 10%.

The Self Employment Excise Tax and FICA Excise Tax were both established as part of the 1954 Internal Revenue Tax Act. Again, both Excise Taxes fund Social Security and Medicare, both are assessed on your “net income”. Obviously, the FICA being a “payroll tax”, and because Self Employed Workers are mainly “Business People” of whom contract to the Government to buy and sell services, the Social Security and Medicare Taxes are always ‘assessed’ a their NET INCOME. Where the Self Employed Worker transfers a portion of their net income to their contracted W-4 or W-9 workers, to whom are ‘assets’ of the company, the Self Employed Worker is then liable to assess the FICA Tax, Unemployment Tax, and Workman Compensation Fee on their W-4 Employee’s Gross Wage, which is an portion of the Self Employed Worker’s Net Income. To all those W-9 Workers the Self Employed Worker is subcontracting out labor to, they merely report on their 1040 that they paid the money to a W-9 Worker. The balance of the Self Employed Workers Net Income is then assessed a Self Employed Excise Tax, thus contributing to their own Social Security and Medicare Trust Accounts. The Self Employed Worker gets to deduct 50% of the Self Employment Tax as a Personal Deduction.

Social Security Tax of 12.4% plus the Medicare Tax of 2.9% is a combined 15.3% Excise Tax that is assessed to everyone’s NET INCOME. For those of us who contracts out and hires a W-4 Employee, of whom distributes a portion of our Net Income to “Employed Workers”, we are contracted to the Federal Government to assess the Payroll Taxes to include FICA 15.3% (50% paid by the Employee), the Unemployment Tax, and Workman Compensation Fees. Notice, that Self Employed Workers like myselt collects 7.65% FICA Tax from our employees, while paying the other 7.65% ourselves, while remitting the Unemployment Tax to the State Government, who keeps the revenue in a TRUST to be utilized for where the Employed Workers put in claims against it, and the Business General Liability Insurance Company collects the Workers Compensation Tax (Fee) from us, of who provides to the Employeed that defined benefit payment where applicable.
NOTICE: Self Employed Workers get to deduct 50% of their Self Employment Tax as a personal deduction prior to assessing the Federal Income Tax, while their portion of the FICA PAYMENT is also a business deduction, where as EMPLOYEES cannot claim their 7.65% as a personal deduction.

They are scared of people being aware themselves, so they don’t want anyone else to be woke. They start censoring books, then banning them, then burning them. This morning, at the Conservatives with Common Sense breakfasting, we will debate the relative merits of the Black Hills Speedway 360 Sprint Class races vs. the IMCA Modified ones. Or perhaps we will debate the Inflation Reduction Act and its failures, as touted by the Democrat fellows in our legislatures recently. Please read up on this law bill, because grudznick is not allowed online anymore, after Gary’s car fire that probably wasn’t his fault.

I am caregiver for two 93-year-old elders, and both are sharp as tacks. In fact, Doc could wrestle Zit to the ground while teaching him a thing or two about history. These two elders are from different socioeconomic backgrounds yet both experienced the rise of Hitler, sent friends and relative off to war and lost many. They experienced rationing of resources, skipping meals, and eating things Zit and Grudz would throw out. They’ve outlived most of their friends, are still active in the community, and DO NOT sit around and whine. They are truly grateful for being alive. They both fear Trump.
Life’s experiences are more important than age. I’d vote for either one of my 93-year-old elders than anyone else I know. They really are wise.
