That’s really smart. Then SD could put the endlessly blowing wind to their own use.
He has actual plans to use the state’s resources to benefit SD. What a novel idea! He is not interested in simply puckering up to the Big Oil/Energy companies.
I am impressed! SD has really good candidates. Now vote for them!
You’re right, Debbo: Wayne’s observation about South Dakota’s “pass-through” status is a useful framework for improving our utilities policy. We need to gain more benefit from the pipelines and other projects we host.
