Aberdeen’s Families Belong Together Rally drew around 70 people from Aberdeen, Britton, Sisseton, Jamestown, and other points of the compass to speak out against our federal government’s abusive and unconstitutional policy of family separation at the southern border. For a couple hours we treated motorists on Highway 12 to a display of real American values. Pictures now—video uploading for a later post!

Quite an inspiration to see so many people in the park beside our Veteran’s Monument.
These rallies were Everywhere! Good on ya Aberdeen, RC, SF. My town had one. There were around 20 in Minnesota.
67% of Americans are against this cruel plan. I know that means 33% are undecided or support it, but I’m focusing on the 67%.
There were rallies in other countries to support us in the 67%.
My favorite sign so far said “Put Nazis in cages, not Children.” The drawing showed characters bearing a strong resemblance to pres Animal Sh*thole and either Evil Elfin Oafin Sessions or openly Nazi Stephen Miller, who pushed this horror hard. He’s the Mini Mengele.
Aberdeen has over 28,000 people and 70 showed up? That is 0.003 percent. . . Some show of support for open borders. . .
By the way, the ONLY true support for the effort is the media. It is just more manufactured hysteria. Goes right up there with Trump collusion. . .another failed effort. False: no one at the Aberdeen event showed support for open borders. OldSarg can’t defend the actual human rights abuses of the federal government in separating immigrant families, so OldSarg has to erect a false straw man.
From the Daily Beast a couple days ago- The preeminent coalition of Hispanic lawmakers on Capitol Hill is pushing back against mounting calls for abolishing Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, arguing that lawmakers should instead focus on broader reforms of American immigration policy.
In a series of talking points being distributed to its members, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus calls the current ICE immigration enforcement regime both “inhumane and harsh.” But the talking points stress that immigration enforcement is just one part of the agency’s portfolio. The others, ranging from “narcotics enforcement, investigating cybercrimes, human smuggling, firearms smuggling and counterterrorism,” were not in question, the document says.
While calling for “increasing transparency and accountability,” the CHC talking points conclude that “abolishing ICE without changing President Trump’s disastrous immigration policy will not solve the problem.”
With a glowing endorsement like that and a buck-fifty, Old S could get a cup of coffee, maybe.

From what I have been able to learn, the “Abolish ICE” faction is a rather small %age of the millions who are appalled by the inhumane treatment of innocent children.
I am wholly opposed to this horrible policy of child endangerment beloved by Nazis pres Animal Sh*thole and his favorite sadistic pal, Stevie Mengele Miller.

Trump has swiftly hyped ICE abolition for the same reason OS hypes “open borders”—both know that family separation is morally and politically indefensible, so they must quickly change the topic.
Family separation is a stain on America’s reputation that will take decades to recover from. Family separation is also completely unnecessary, given humane practical alternatives (community supervision, tracking bracelets) well shy of the straw-man extremes that Trump and OS wish would get them out of their moral mess.
