Cool. Our refugee household headed by my Greek Orthodox mom and my Armenian Apostolic dad insisted on an early January Christmas in our house. Took a while, but my sis and I set them straight by the time we were in grade school. No way would we tolerate all our friends getting presents on 12/25, leaving us Santa’s leftovers nearly two weeks later. Big victory for assimilation, lol.
