Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg had until the end of the day yesterday, June 10, to file an appeal in SD Voice & Heidelberger v. Noem, Ravsnborg, & Barnett, the case that he spectacularly lost as I successfully overturned the unconstitutional IM 24.
As I check the court records at 07:13 CDT on June 11, I see no appeal filed by Ravnsborg:

Not only will we restore and protect the Constitutional rights of hundreds of thousands of South Dakotans, but we will also hang around Ravnsborg neck a chain of courtroom defeats so heavy that Republicans will be embarrassed to run him for their nominee in 2022. (Prediction from right field: Sara Frankenstein rises against Ravnsborg the way Krebs rose against Gant in 2014. Ravnsborg surrenders and spends the last year of his tenure checking his texts from the Yankton Burger King.)
Indeed, grudznick can agree with Mr. H on this point. Let us hope the GOP pulls their heads out of their collective bung at the convention and doesn’t send morons like Mr. Ravnsborg back to the statehouse and wipes their buttocks of the flecks of splattered Hagaardism and Jensenonicy that stain their undies during the primaries for the legislatures. grudznick would even give you another libbie or two in the legislatures to unseat these fellows and keep the insaner ones under a thumb.
