Fake Online School in Sioux Falls Originally Listed Main Office as Beijing

I’m intrigued to read that something called Reagan National University appears to be a fake online school with an empty office in downtown Sioux Falls. The only apparent fraud lies in RNU’s seeking accreditation when it lacked faculty to provide any accreditable education. RNU has a paperwork tie to a fake school in Virginia that got closed and then incorporated in South Dakota with the same agent at the same address as RNU (University of Northern Virginia now gives a mailing address of 401 E. 8th Street, the same building as a Sioux Falls fake residency mill for RVers), but there’s no evidence yet that RNU participated in any sort of immigration scheme, although given South Dakota’s history with EB-5 visas, where better to set up a shop to sell green cards?

For you EB-5 conspiracy aficionados, RNU even has a China connection.

RNU appears to be a corporate hoghouse of Si Tanka University, which appears to have started as the Cheyenne River Community College in 1973. Si Tanka bought and failed to make a go of Huron University in the 2000s. When it incorporated as Si Tanka University Inc. on March 25, 2010, Si Tanka listed its principal executive office as U-Space, Tower A, Office 1708, 8 Guangqumenwai Str, Chaoyang District, Beijing:

Si Tanka 2010 SOS incorp
Si Tanka University Inc., Articles of Incorporation, South Dakota Secretary of State, filed 2010.03.25.

That Beijing office also houses a branch of the Swiss-based VU School of Management.

Corporation president Xuanhua Fan changed the name of the business to Reagan National University Inc. with a corporate filing on January 11, 2018.

Si Tanka to Reagan NU 20180111
Si Tanka/Reagan National University, Amendment to Articles of Incorporation, South Dakota Secretary of State, filed 2018.01.11.

There’s only a coincidence of unlikelihoods here: individuals from China scoop up the paper shell of a failed college at the same time that South Dakota government officials are working hard to recruit Chinese investors for EB-5-visa-funded projects. Let’s see if Secretary DeVos can find us any more details.

Xuanhua Fan is listed in Researchgate as a professor at the China Academy of Research Physics. He has a number of impressive papers to his credit.

I’m more curious about how Betsy DeVoid of All Humanity managed to accredit this paper only school and what was in it for her. The DeVoid/ Amyway/Prince family is always in it for their own aggrandizement.
