I’m not the only one who thinks Governor Kristi Noem’s tail-whacking bounty casts South Dakota in less than the best light.
Jo Johnson spends more time farming and maintaining wildlife habitat than cartooning in Gregory County. Johnson is all for pheasant hunting and even ran a pheasant-hunting service for ten years, but Johnson’s cartoon suggests we might choose better methods for promoting our hunting industry and our fair state.
Good one, Jo!
Love the racoon tails!
Excellent!
You could replace 2 or 3 washed out culverts for the money spent on those bounties. What’s the use of protecting nests if the roads are impassable for hunters?
