Suzanne Dupree says she was raped by Russell Means. Stan wants all the Lakota to remember his friendship and working with Dennis and Russell as a show of his support. So how is this a good thing? Seems to me using men that commit violence against Native American women isn’t a good thing. Do I not understand what a good thing is?

The courage of Mr. Adelstein is clear and astounding. His request is to open the doors that have been nailed shut by white nationalists to keep the Native voters shut out of democracy. Mr. Adelstein knows full well that we do not bother to count them in unemployment numbers because it would prove beyond a doubt the dismal economy we think we have from a failure of leadership.
