When FEMA won’t help (Uncle Sam continues to think tornadoes in South Dakota are no big deal), whom can Delmont call? Marijuana advocates! 605 Holistic Health, a Sioux Falls non-profit founded last year by pot-campaigner and Libertarian not-quite PUC candidate Ryan Gaddy, will host Rock to Rebuild Delmont on June 21 at Bigs Sports Bar, starting at 7 p.m.
If I’m reading the poster right, admission is $10, but the money for tornado-destruction relief comes from the raffle tickets Gaddy and associates are selling. $3 a pop or $10 for four tickets gets you a chance to win an autographed guitar and “lots of swag.”
Gaddy was hanging around with Annette Bosworth and Chad Haber last year. Let’s hope he doesn’t follow their style of running a raffle.
Better yet you can just contact the city of Delmont finance office and donate directly and/or volunteer if your in the area.
“Let’s hope he doesn’t follow their style of running a raffle.”
That’s just what I was thinking. I like Lynn’s suggestion too.
I had nothing to do with Dr Bosworth’s raffle. I’m on record, all raffle funds will go to Delmont account via Wells Fargo. The gentleman in charge of the account interviewed this morning on KSFY. I have been totally transparent in this entire concert process. Dr Bosworth and Chad Haber have nothing to do with this event.
