The Dakota Free Press Podcast goes for two—two big local candidate interviews, with Aberdeen school board candidate Aaron Schultz and incumbent northeast Aberdeen city councilman Mark Remily, both of whom are on Aberdeen’s June 6 ballot!

    Outstanding show. Every podcast gets more and more compelling. Thanks for all the prep work and post production it takes to put on a show.

    Thanks, Porter! Spencer and I are having fun, and we’re getting some great commentary from our guests. Aaron and Mark both delivered some great lines (Aaron about intercultural understanding, Mark about listening to the people and welcoming newcomers). What I like in our interviews is that we aren’t getting canned speeches; we’re getting candidates to be themselves, talk off script, just say what they are really thinking.
